The HoseFlow DN150 (165 mm) cap is designed for IBC containers and allows easy venting through a hose connector with a diameter of 1/2″ (16 mm inner diameter) or 3/4″ (20 mm inner diameter).

EXTREMELY LOW DESIGN – optimized height for vertical systems

When the upper IBC container is filled, its bottom slightly bends downward under the weight of the liquid.
With standard, taller caps, contact can occur between the bottom of the upper container and the connector of the lower one – which means a risk of damage, leakage, or even system failure.

HoseFlow has an extremely low construction, therefore:

• the bottom of the upper container does NOT rest on the connector
• no mechanical loads on the connection
• no risk of damage or leakage
• the system remains safe and reliably long-lasting
• HoseFlow ensures controlled airflow and reliable operation even in the presence of possible impurities in the liquid, enabling safe and efficient use of your IBC container.

This is a key advantage that is important in systems of connected containers (DUO VERTICAL, 4× systems).
