DUO FLEXI omogoča hitro in varno povezavo dveh IBC cistern s fleksibilno armirano cevjo, kar je idealna rešitev v primerih, ko cisterne niso popolnoma poravnane ali ko potrebujete več prilagodljivosti pri postavitvi. Sistem je primeren za zbiranje deževnice, tehnično vodo in druge aplikacije, kjer je pomembna zanesljivost brez puščanja.

Sealing and materials
Ekskluzivno pri nas: posebej razvito gumijasto 100 % EPDM tesnilo z optimalno trdoto učinkovito izravna tudi večje nepravilnosti na ventilu in zagotavlja dolgotrajno, zanesljivo tesnjenje brez puščanja, tudi pri starejših ali rahlo poškodovanih IBC ventilih.
Fleksibilna armirana cev omogoča varno in stabilno povezavo brez obremenjevanja ventilov ter enostavno prilagajanje razmika med cisternama.
The package includes:
2x AVA reducer for tanks with valve fi 55-62mm, coarse thread S60x6 (DN50), PP T-piece F (except DUOBREZ), 2x swivel elbow F, 1x reinforced flexible hose, tap, reducer, 2x clamp 32mm.
The gap between the tanks after installation of the DUO FLEXI system is between 2 and 6 cm.
Razlika med DUO sistemi
- SIMPLE: tap or valve on the far left or right tank (you can decide during installation – adapt it to your needs – see the image in the gallery under SIMPLE).
- KLASIK: pipa ali ventil med dvema cisternama (med katerima dvema se lahko odločite takrat, ko montirate – prilagodite vašim potrebam – glejte sliko v galeriji pri KLASIK).
- FLEXI: povezava dveh cistern s fleksibilno armirano cevjo – (glejte sliko v galeriji pri FLEXI).
- ZAPOREDNO: povezava dveh cistern s fleksibilno armirano cevjo v postavitvi ena za drugo, obe obrnjeni v isto smer – (glejte sliko v galeriji pri ZAPOREDNO).
- VERTIKAL: povezava dveh cistern v postavitvi ena na vrhu druge – (glejte sliko v galeriji pri VERTIKAL).
DUO FLEXI ustreza večini IBC cistern s standardnim ventilom S60×6. Montaža je zelo enostavna, sistem je že predsestavljen in ne zahteva posebnega znanja. Vsi materiali so vzdržljivi, UV odporni in primerni za dolgotrajno zunanjo uporabo. Pri drugačnem navoju ventila sistem prilagodimo po meri.
Upgrade options:
- Rubber seal 2x (GRATIS): Zgolj rezerva. Originalno penasto tesnilo se sčasoma potlači. Če so na ventilu nepravilnosti, se lahko tako tesnilo poškoduje. V tem primeru ga nadomestite z gumijastim tesnilom. Ne uporabljajte dveh tesnil hkrati, ker ni potrebe.
- Duo PLUS (Garden hose connection with valve): this upgrade adds a valve with a garden hose connection to the existing connection. It is usually very practical to always have the garden hose connected and the main tap for quick overflow to the sprinkler.
- SkyTap (Tap raised to sprinkler height): this upgrade raises the position of the main tap on the connection to the height of the sprinkler (approx. 35 cm from the floor).

If you are going to discharge water into one tank, the other tank must be vented to allow the water to flow smoothly through the valves.
There are several ways to do this:
1. If you don’t mind the water flowing out through the opening of the lid of the second tank when it fills to the top, you can simply loosen the lid slightly—just enough to allow air to pass through. Once both tanks are completely full, the excess water (overflow) will drain out here.
2. A vented lid works in a similar way – air passes through, but water also flows out once the tanks are filled to the top.
3. You can use a PipeLink lid (as shown in the animation) or an AutoVent lid – recommended.
4. Use a lid with an outlet and fix a suitable fitting to it (e.g. a T-piece for PE pipe, garden hose, flexible hose, PVC pipe…).
5. If there is a larger height difference between the downpipe outlet and the top of the tank, you can use a FlowTek Bend bulkhead (use a lid with an outlet or drill a hole in the tank). Connect a garden hose to this outlet. Fix the other end of the hose above the height where water enters the tank (e.g. at the downpipe branch). This way, water will not overflow even when the tanks are completely full, while the tank can still “breathe”.

Warning:
Cisterne so na prvi pogled enake, vendar se med seboj razlikujejo. Največja razlika je prav v ventilih. Standarden in najbolj pogost zunanji premer ventila je 60mm. V praksi se lahko razlikuje in je med 55 in 62mm.
All S60 reducers in our range are designed to fit all coarse threads on 60mm diameter valves (S60x6). Due to slight differences in "standard" valve threads, the feel of the reducer may vary when installed. It may fit perfectly, it may go a little loose or a little tighter. When it is screwed all the way in, it is tight and fixed. All reducers are of proven quality.
Tip:
Pred montažo bodite pozorni na to, da je lice ventila cisterne (kamor montiramo reducir) gladko in nepoškodovano. Nove cisterne imajo aluminijasto plombo na odprtini ventila – če je ta površno odstranjena, je lahko to vzrok slabšega tesnjenja reducirja. Vsakršne nepravilnosti na ventilu odstranite oz pobrusite s smirkovim papirjem pred prvo montažo reducirja.
Reducirji AVA, uporabljeni v sistemih DUO FLEXI so izredno trpežni in UV odporni.
