The valves on IBC tanks are large, plastic and sensitive. Temperature differences, UV rays, dry air, dirt and other factors mean that the valve is usually the first thing to stop working on a tank.<\/p>\n

Interesting fact: We tested the durability of the valves on the new tanks. We exposed them to direct sunlight, cold, rain, in short, to all weather conditions. After four years, half of the valves had leaked, corroded or otherwise been damaged. Others worked without a problem.<\/p>\n

In any case, we recommend that you:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. protect the valve from sunlight,<\/li>\n
  2. filter the water in the tank at least a little,<\/li>\n
  3. don't open the valve more than necessary - we have a huge selection of tap+reducer kits that fit on this valve - then you can regulate the water with this kit -pipo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Ventil Metulj S100 \u2013 S100<\/strong> je loputasti ventil za IBC cisterne z navojem fi 90\u2013100 mm<\/strong>. Namenjen je zanesljivemu zapiranju in odpiranju pretoka vode pri cisternah z ve\u010djim iztokom.<\/p>\n

    Ventil ima na obeh straneh enak navoj S100\u00d78<\/strong>. Pri monta\u017ei je potrebno ventil v celoti vrteti<\/strong>, dokler ni pravilno name\u0161\u010den.<\/p>\n
