IBCparts.eu sells accessories for IBC tanks for garden watering and industrial use water.
The offer is open to both companies and individuals.

All communications between the Customer and the Company made electronically shall be deemed to have been made in writing and shall have the force of a contract. The Terms and Conditions shall remain in force until revoked or until new Terms and Conditions are issued. The new terms and conditions shall be effective as soon as they are published on the website. Should you not fully understand these Terms and Conditions or should you require any further clarification regarding the Products, the purchase process, etc., we are always at your disposal on +386 (0)40 416 632 and at namoci.si@gmail.com.

PRICES
The prices quoted on the website are in euros and do not include VAT, unless specifically indicated on the partners' products. VAT is not charged in accordance with Article 94(1) of the VAT Act!
Postage will be charged at the prices shown on the website and is subject to change without notice.
Product prices are subject to change without notice.

ORDER AND PAYMENT
You can order products via an online form, email or phone.
Payment is usually only possible by bank transfer, but we have periods when we test the cash on delivery option. Goods may be dispatched before payment is visible and invoiced with currency (especially for businesses) by arrangement with you. Goods are the property of IBCparts.eu until paid for. We reserve the right to charge statutory interest on late payment and the cost of issuing a reminder at €5/reminder.
Parcels are delivered by Post Slovenije or GLS.

QUALITY
Our products are covered by a quality guarantee. We continuously check the quality of all our products and do our best to describe the best way to use them. We offer both low-cost products that are fit for purpose and professional products that, because of their quality, also have multiple uses. All products are tested for use with water. Some products (e.g. the dispensing handle) may also be designed for other liquids according to the manufacturer's specifications (which are also described on the product), but we do not check the suitability of these products with liquids other than water and therefore do NOT guarantee their suitability. We strive to offer new, innovative, ever better and ever more useful products. We take great care to explain what a particular item is for. When used correctly, the product works perfectly. If there is anything wrong with the product, please let us know immediately and we will replace it with a new one.
The contract will be carried out to the agreed quality and within the agreed timeframe, without hidden costs or poor performance.

IMPORTANT (delivery times and visually different products)
Delivery times can sometimes be a very disruptive factor for our business. Suppliers may deliver goods that are functionally identical but may differ in colour and other characteristics. For example: taps supplied may differ in shape, handle and handle colour. In these cases, we are always careful to ensure that the customer receives a product that is equivalent, functionally identical or even better than the one ordered. If there is a major change, we will inform the customer in advance.

DELIVERY
The delivery time is up to 3 working days from payment or agreement on express dispatch. This time may occasionally be extended by a day or two during peak season. The parcel is normally dispatched the next working day after payment of the invoice, subject to normal deliverability, or as agreed on an ongoing basis depending on the quantity. A minimum order of €13 (excluding postage) applies on IBCparts.eu. If the order amount is less than 13€, we are obliged to charge a handling fee of 5€.

COMPLAINTS
Minor variations in product shape, size, material, colour, etc. are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for them.
We accept claims within 8 days from the date of order, must be accompanied by an invoice. 
Complaints about defects in the goods are accepted only on presentation of the goods in their entirety and a copy of the invoice.
We only accept unused products. If there is a defect in the material that affects the function, we will replace it with a new one free of charge.

DISCLAIMER
The website operator, Luka Kranjec s.p., strives for the highest possible level of up-to-dateness and correctness of the data published on the www.IBCparts.eu website, however, a reduced level of performance of the technological solution used, the input, transmission or any other processing of the data may result in an error that is displayed on the website. In the event that a visitor to the website considers that the data is incorrectly displayed, he or she can always inform us by email at namoci.si@gmail.com.

The Company is not liable for the intermittent inoperability of the website, for any inaccuracy of information, or for any damage caused by the use of inaccurate or incomplete information or the inability to access and use the information on this website.

There are many manufacturers of IBC tanks. Each of them produces several versions. Some of the versions found on the market may be 20 or more years old and are now discontinued. We try to explain as well as possible the differences between them with descriptions, especially where the differences are obvious. Even if manufacturers follow a certain standard (for example for the S60x6 thread on a valve) there may be differences due to different manufacturing processes. As it is impossible to check 100% compatibility of all items with all manufacturers and their tank versions, we disclaim any responsibility that the items you have ordered 100% are compatible. If they are not, please inform us and we will find a suitable solution.

The photographs published are symbolic and do not guarantee the characteristics of the product. We reserve the right to change offers and prices without notice.

All items on the website are intended for use with water only (for garden watering or industrial water) and are tested in this way. Items that are specifically certified for contact with foodstuffs have this stated in the description.
The use of all items available on www.IBCparts.eu is at your own risk.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
Users undertake that all information they enter on the Site is accurate and that they are responsible for its authenticity. In the event of the entry of fictitious information, the Customer shall be held criminally liable and shall bear all costs incurred as a result thereof. By ordering/purchasing a product from our offer, the customer understands and accepts in full all the restrictions and declarations contained in these General Terms and Conditions with regard to products and services. The Customer shall be obliged to pay for the goods delivered by invoice or at the time of invoicing. If it is agreed to collect the goods before payment, the payment period is 7 days from the date of the invoice. Otherwise, we may charge statutory interest. The goods are the property of Luka Kranjec s.p. until payment.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA 
We undertake to keep all personal data as a business secret and to handle it only by authorised persons, in accordance with the Privacy Statement.

FINAL PROVISIONS
All disputes are resolved by mutual agreement, or if this is not possible, the court in Ljubljana, Slovenia has jurisdiction.
